Return and Refund Policy
At CaseiTT.com, we aim to provide a clear and transparent shopping experience. Please read our return, exchange, and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The wrong item was delivered
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, wrong model selected by the customer, wrong address provided, dislike of design, or any other reason not related to damage, defect, or wrong item delivered.
2. Return/Exchange Window
Customers must contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Requests made after 3 days of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for return or exchange, the product must be:
- Unused
- In new condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all items received with the order
Products that are used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
4. Proof Required
To process a return or exchange request, customers must email us with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Clear photos of the packaging
- Details of the issue

5. Return Method
Approved returns must be sent by mail/courier to the return address provided by our customer support team.
Please do not send any product back without approval. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Charges
If the return or exchange is approved due to a damaged, defective, or wrong item sent by us, we will guide the customer regarding the return shipping process.
For any unapproved return, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs.
7. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable if a replacement or exchange is not possible, or if approved by our support team after verification.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer about the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days to the original payment method or another suitable method, depending on the payment type used during purchase.
Please note that it may take additional time for the bank, card provider, or payment service provider to reflect the refund in the customer’s account.
8. Exchanges
If the return request is approved, we may provide a replacement or exchange for the same product, depending on availability.
If the same product is not available, our team will provide a suitable solution.
9. Non-Returnable Cases
Returns, exchanges, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Customer ordered the wrong phone model
- Customer changed their mind after delivery
- Customer does not like the design after receiving the product
- Product was damaged after delivery
- Product is used or altered
- Request is made after 3 days of delivery
- Product is returned without original packaging
- Personalized or custom-made products, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect
- 10. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
